All orders placed with the e-shop www.4enscrap.com by the 4enscrap company at 9, bd Einstein 21000 Dijon are subject to our terms and conditions.
The buyer must know about our terms and conditions before placing an order. Sales are reserved for people over 18 and for physical persons who can agree to these terms and conditions that is people who are not under guardianship or curatorship.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what our latest terms and conditions are as changes may occur at any time and without notice. In case of any change, terms and conditions of the day of purchase will be applied.
Orders are placed exclusively on our website. Nevertheless, it is possible to buy items on workshop days or on exhibitions venues if the shop is present.
The products on sales on the website www.4enScrap.com are described and presented with high accuracy. The photographs and texts illustrating the presented products are not contractual.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ask for advice may they have any questions. It is not the vendor responsibility if the product do not correspond to the buyer’s expectations.
The prices on the website are in Euros. They apply when the order is confirmed by the customer and do not include the shipping cost which will be charged and given before the final confirmation of the purchase order. The prices charged are the ones applicable when the order is confirmed.
Prices can be changed at any time by 4enscrap.
For international orders outside Metropolitan France, the customer is responsible for the possible charges that might be applied by the customs or any other taxes. 4enscrap cannot be charged for them.
The products remain the property of 4enscrap until the payment is fully completed.
Any order will be taken into account as soon as the payment is received from us and means acceptance of the price and description of the ordered items from the customer.
The products are available while stock last. Sold outs can occur from the moment the customer validates their order to the moment the payment arrives. In this case, 4enscrap commits itself to :
● paying the customer back
● suggesting some equivalent product when the payment is already completed.
● reducing the total of the bill with the amount of the item when the payment is delayed (bank check) provided that the postage cost is not impacted.
In application of the law dating from May 12th 1980, the transfer of ownership of the delivered products to the customer will only intervene after the payment is fully completed or checks validated or by any other types of payment issued completed.
BILLING AND CONFIRMATION
We will send you a receipt of your order in an email once the order is completed on the website.
All orders are due in euros. The payment of the total price must be completed when ordering. The amounts paid cannot be considered as deposit.
To pay their order, the customer can :
- Pay online with Paypal
- Pay online with a credit or debit card
- Pay with a transfer only for Europe
- Write a bank check to SAS 4ENSCRAP with the order number written at the back and send it to 4enscrap (9 boulevard Einstein – 21000 Dijon)
4enscrap reserves the right to stop or cancel any orders and/or delivery whatever their nature or processing level if the payment is not fully completed by the buyer, or if a problem occurs with the payment and to stop any new order if there has been a problem with the payment notwithstanding the provisions of these.
In the fight against the internet fraud, the information concerning your order might be controlled for verification.

The items will be delivered at the address given by the buyer on the purchase order. The buyer can ask to be delivered at a different address.
Delivery time :
Most orders are sent for delivery within 48hours after the payement reception except for orders paid by checks which will be sent for delivery after 15 days after the reception for banking verification. The average time of delivery is 3 days on business days.
4enscrap is not responsible for any delay in delivery. In case of delay, the buyer can let us know with a letter or an e-mail to 4enscrap so we can try and improve the quality of our service and allow the buyer to investigate with UPS. It is your responsibility to tell UPS, our courier company, to arrange re-delivery or collection if you were absent at their first attempt.
The buyer must check the package, the contents and the articles in it when it is delivered. If they have any doubt about the package or its content, the buyer must refuse the package and see with the delivery man to get a statement and let 4enscrap know about it with an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or with a phone call or with a letter within two days after the delivery. If the customer do not follow the claiming process, no claims from them will be taken into account.
If a product do not correspond to the order (it is faulty or improper), the buyer must make a claim within two days after the delivery. Claims must be made by e-mail (email@example.com) or letter. The buyer must give his name and address, the number of the bill and the products references as well as the reason for the claim. The products must be returned unused, complete and in their original packages (accessories and documents) within 14 business days after delivery and with the seller’s agreement.
The return fees (packaging and transportation) are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is the seller’s mistake for delivery, if the product is damaged when in delivery (only if the claiming process is followed to the letter) or if the product is faulty.
If it is the customer’s choice and after a confirmation with 4enscrap, the product(s) will be exchanged, refunded or the customer will get a voucher for their next order.
Respecting this process is the key condition to validate a return with 4enscrap.
RIGHT TO RETRACT
In accordance with article L. 121-21 of the consumers code, the buyer has 14 business days from the delivery to return at their expenses and at their own risk, the ordered products for exchange or refund. The products must be returned unused and in their original state at the following address :

If the customer wishes a refund, they would usually get their money back within 7 days after the return delivery. Nevertheless, in accordance with article L. 121621 of the consumers code, the company has 14 days to proceed to the refund.
The refund consists of the price of the products and shipping up to the standard (non priority or followed) shipping costs if the delivery only consists of the returning products.
After 14 days, the delivered products are considered compliant and accepted by the customer . There will be no refund possible on behalf of the right of retract after the 14 days.
The guarantees concerning the products delivered by 4enscrap are the legal guarantees given by the suppliers.
The shipping fees are at the buyer’s expenses.
In accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned above , 4enscrap commits itself to find any possible amicable solution to solve the disagreement with a customer.
If no solution can be found, it will go to justice. The buyer will be able to register a claim on the website « règlement en ligne des litiges » put in place by the European Union to help European customers solve their disagreements with the European shops.
