Codiv 19, What it means for 4enscrap ?

You can still access to our website and make your purchases without problem. Our team prepare orders as usual. All hygiene actions have been taken to protect our team and prepare orders in safety. 

You can choose between both deliveries : « Lettre suivie/Tracked letter or Colissimo ». They are still working.

I can’t find a product on the website

To find a product on the website, write the title of the product (ex: happiness) or the reference (569) on the search bar, on the top of the website .

I want to buy a product, but it’s out of stock 

It’s not possible to pre order or book a product. 

However, you can be notified when the product is in stock again. This button is available on the product record. 

I have forgotten my password

On the authentification step, click on « forgot your password ? ». You will receive a first mail with a link. Once you click on this link, a second mail will be sending with a new password. You can sign in with this password. 

You can customize this password on settings available on your personal account. 

Where is my order ?

We prepare orders within 48h. You can check the status available on your personal account. 

Once you order is shipped you can follow the transit with the tracking number. 

I still don’t receive my order, is it normal ?

We prepare order within 48h. When the order is shipped, you can follow the transit by a tracking number. Delivery schedules depend on the shipping choice. 

We advise you to wait 2 weeks for national mail and 3 weeks for international mail. If you don’t receive your order after this period. Please to contact us.

A die is not working properly

You can have this problem :

• for dies really thin
• According to a clear plates state
• According to adjustment of the machine

If your plates are too used, we advise you to change for new plates. Indeed, old plates are thiner

If dies continue not to cut with new plates we advise you to test with another machine (if one of your friend have a machine. You can test with it). Maybe the adjustment of the machine is better than yours. If it’s working with the machine of your friend, you have to buy metal plate. It helps to cut thin die.

My stamp doesn’t work properly

For the first use, we advise you to clean the stamp with water. Indeed, some residues, because of the manufacturing, can stay on the stamp.

How can I return a product ?

According to the law, you can return a product within 14 days once you received your order. However, the product must be clean and still in the package. Otherwise, we can refuse the return .

To return a product, log in to your account and click on order history. On the order, select the product and click on the button « Request a return ». 

Once we valid the return, you will receive a mail on how to proceed. 

The order I received is not compliant with my order/ A product is defective, what I can do ?

We ship in over the world, even in DOM/TOM.
